Your racket package, “extensible-parser-specifications”, no longer compiles correctly in the Racket v8.10 release candidate. It appears that the problem is that it depends on syntax/parse/private/residual-ct.rkt, which was eliminated in commit a5f905f9f6128dccf4458f . This might be an easy fix? … But the package description makes me question your future plans for this package?
