TypeScript: make packets, keyPacket and mainKey readonly properties (#1337)

Browse Source 
The following fields are now `readonly` instead of `private`:
- `Key.keyPacket`
- `Subkey.keyPacket` and `Subkey.mainKey`
- `Signature.packets`
- `Message.packets`
