Prevent 'scribble/acmart' documents from loading the 'tocstyle' package, because this package conflicts with 'acmart.cls'. (Specifically, 'tocstyle' should be loaded before 'hyperref', but 'acmart.cls' loads 'hyperref'.) Without 'tocstyle', Scribble's 'table-of-contents' function produces an OK table of contents.
