Use the zip comment as a space where the GPT mirror can be stored, so that it is at the end of the disk, while still allowing the file to be a ZIP file. Otherwise, the GPT mirror is not correctly located (it still works, but gdisk gives a warning when using the verify (v) command).

TODO: Use the gdisk verify (v) command in the tests, to make sure there is no warning or error.
