XBox 360 discs apparently are chameleons and do this so that if a disk is mistakenly placed in a DVD reader, it is clear what kind of disk it is.

The video track should be a loop of a still image indicating "This disc contains « OS NAME ». Use this disk in a computer." A subtitle and low-fi audio track should be added to make this accessible.
