Implicit in the above example, but worth calling attention to: for all
VMs EXCEPT proxy VMs, iptables commands should be added to the
'/rw/config/rc.local' script. For proxy VMs, iptables commands should
be added to '/rw/config/qubes_firewall_user_script'.
