Update syntax/readerr documentation to match code. (#1838)

* Update syntax/readerr documentation to match code.

This change simply updates the documentation to match the contract that's actually enforced on `raise-read-eof-error` and `raise-read-error`. 

Fixes #1837.

* Fix additional typo noticed by @bennn
