* Added `ptr-add!' (must get `offset-ptr?' value, destructive, returns void)

* Added `ptr-offset' (works on any cpointer value)

* Added `set-ptr-offset!' for pointers, with an optional ctype multiplier
  (works only for `offset-ptr?' inputs)

* Changed memcopy, memmove & memset to have a single c-type argument.
