reference: rerrange docs on synchronizable events

Put the details consistently with event datatypes, instead
of trying to put them all in `sync', which better reflects
the extensibility of the set of synchronizable events.

remove built-in reader and printing support for Honu

This is a backward-incompatible change, but I think it's
unlikely that any code depends on the removed bindings
or reader syntax.
