syntax/parse:
  - removed scribble docs for old stxclass collection
  - fixed bug in syntax-parse and #:declare
  - added attribute calculation option
  - renamed 'static-of' to 'static', added 'atom-in-list'
  - fixed kernel-literals to include all expanded-code forms
  - added tests
