70fac182c6 Add support to the show menu item to make ordering the items 
simpler.

Use that support to adjust the Show menu to have a better
ordering for the built-in DrRacket items.

f61f0830e5 change register-toolbar-button so that it accepts a number 
argument and uses that to order the buttons in the DrRacket
panel.

Also, order all of the buttons via these numbers in
a more sane way

048fa1d7b8 get rid of the "open here" functionality 
This is a backwards incompatible change; there is a more complex change
that just stubs this stuff out that may be better that we may need
isntead of this commit.

b972a0940d Added online expansion and compilation of files 
being edited in DrRacket (via places)

Added an API to let tools have access to that
  information (and compute more stuff)

Used that to make an online version of Check Syntax
  which led to a separately callable Check Syntax API.
