658fc0717d Hack for chrome: catch errors when reading/writing cookies 
and just treat it as if there is no cookie.  This is what
chrome effectively did until recently -- so the relying on
cookies for the return path to the user-specific pages was
and still is broken.

1ea8c66511 In Scheme mode @|| will also throw an error instead of being read as a 
comment.  This is to avoid confusing situations like

  (define foo (list x '@|| y))

which quoted the `y' since @|| was read as a comment.

d0f8970add @foo@bar' will now parse as a foo@bar' identifier. This used to be 
the case in Scheme mode but not in text mode, and this commit makes
the text mode behave as the Scheme mode.  (Seems like a convenience
point that is not useful since people won't remember the difference.)

d952b144c2 * run.ss is used for he scribble command-line tool 
* scribble.ss is gone (ot was doing the running, which run.ss defined)
* converted run.ss to scheme/base
* added private/indirect-renderer which can be used to build renderers
  that are based on conversion from the result of an existing
  renderer, obviously useful with the latex renderer
* added pdf-render using this and private/run-pdflatex
* added a --pdf option to run.ss

bdfcca7d11 Use an nonexistent css class for installation warning message, so when 
it's installed on the web page it's easy to add the missing class with
a `display: none' so it's not show without any html rehacking.
Disabled the "(installation)" suffix to the main title for now: it's
also used for the window title and that shouldn't have the suffix
because the browser window will have it.
