a38f384a00 Finish converting scheme' -> racket'. 
Everything compiles fine now even if the compatibility bindings are
gone.

ac26fe7554 A ton of @scheme*' -> @racket*' and related updates. 
Also, updates some of the mzlib files to point at `racket/*' libraries
rather than to `scheme/*' ones.

f34a31cac9 "under <platform>" -> "on <platform>"; "X" -> "Unix" 
I originally picked "under" as the preposition to go before
 a platform name, but obviously you should build "on" a
 platform, and "under" suddenly annoys me. The choice of "on"
 is now codified in the documentation style guide. Meanwhile,
 "Unix" insted of "X" seems more clear and consistent in the
 `racket/gui' docs.

 More usefully, this patch also fixes a few out-of-date
 platform-specific claims.

8b8dd77ad6 change nearly all long's to intptr_t' 
and also changed vector, string, and byte string counts to
   `intptr_t' instead of `int'.

   Except for the vector count, etc. change, this is not really a
   change for any currently supported platform, where `intptr_t'
   is the same as `long'. It's a step to suporting Win64, though,
   where `long' is the same as `int' instead of `intptr_t'.

b8bbed6eb4 Throw an error when translating an unknown enum integer to a symbol. 
Also, add a keyword argument that can be used to get the old behavior
back.

Also, improve the way the `_enum' and `_bitmask' functions are wrapped.

4288c6c2c7 The Scribble reader was improved to make it pull out the syntax 
punctuations outside of the form, as it does with quote punctuations.
So things like this

  #, @foo{...}

that required the space to make the @foo read as a scribble form are
now better written as

  @#,foo{...}

This changes all such occurrences.  (In case you see this change in
your files and are worried that there might be changes: I mechanically
verified that the result of `read'ing the modified files is identical
to the previous version.)

2886a95318 * Exported `cvector-ptr' 
* Added `#:hold' to `_fun' for callbacks (will be changed to `#:keep'
  soon, but better to have a checkpoint)
* _cprocedure also has a `hold' argument, and is now using keyword
  arguments (it was getting crowded in the optional arguments
  department)
* Documented everything that changed, with a longish descrption for
  options for holding callback values.
* More tests, including tests for callbacks that would crash if the
  callback values are not held.

699c40643d * Changed setup-plt to compile collections if they have an "info.ss" 
file.  (That is, it does not require the file to have a `name'
  entry.)

* The name shown when setup works is the directory name, followed by
  the `name' field from the info file when specified.

* This means that many `name's are no longer needed, so I'm removing
  them.  To see if you need a `name' entry, consider that the name
  will be shown like this:
    ... foo (<your name here>)
  This means that if the name is the same as the directory name, then
  there is no point in having it.  I also removed cases where the name
  differed only in its capitalization for collections where the case
  is obvious.

* Also, for subcollections, the name should clarify the name of the
  subcollection in context.  For example "Acknowledgments" explains
  what scribbling/acks is, but there's no need to add the context name
  as in "Scribblings: Acknowledgments".

* There may also be a point in keeping names for other uses.  One such
  example was in games, where the name field was used in the PLT Games
  application.  (This was changed to default on the directory name, so
  it is no longer needed in most games.)  Another example is in planet
  packages.
