d03a7b220a added docs for linebreaks parameter 
Adjusted implementation of linebreaking so that
  when there are linebreaks in a metafunction, the =
  signs line up together independent of the broken lines

bbc654c69e Typesetting now recognizes carets (^) in the underscore component of a 
non-terminal reference, applying the non-terminal-superscript-style to
the text following the caret.
