move and rename pict `convert' support
...
Renamed `convert' to `pict-convert', etc., to avoid confusion
with `file/convert' bindings.
Moved out of `slideshow/pict' to `slideshow/pict-convert', because
most `slideshow/pict' clients do not need it.
