The @scheme[transcript-on] and @scheme[transcript-off] procedures of
@schememodname[mzscheme] always raise
@scheme[exn:fail:unsupported]. The @schememodname[mzlib/transcr]
library provides working versions of @scheme[transcript-on] and
@scheme[transcript-off].
