Matthew Flatt 533b8ed384 fix optimizer bug related to `case-lambda' at module level
The bug triggered a crash on ARM, and probably doesn't
affect other platforms, but I'm not competely sure.

The Racket programming language

Important executables:

* DrRacket: Racket's integrated development environment (start here!).

* Racket: the main command-line entry point for running racket programs

* GRacket: the GUI-mode Racket executable.

* raco: Racket's command-line toolset.
