Sam Tobin-Hochstadt 837abdd51a Add `raco pkg archive`. This creates a catalog from the specified currently-installed packages. The catalog can then be used to replicate some or all of the currently-installed packages in another installation or other context. (LGPL).  This means that you can link Racket into proprietary
applications, provided you follow the rules stated in the LGPL.  You can
