Matthew Flatt aaef69f40a raco pkg update: check already installed, first, in given scope Before consulting a catalog, etc., check whether a given package name is currently installed. This is the source code for the main Racket distribution.  See
"INSTALL.txt" for information on building Racket.

(LGPL).  This implies that you may link Racket into proprietary
applications, provided you follow the rules stated in the LGPL.  You can
