Eli Barzilay b96b647e2b Disable some builds.
* The darwin build on kauai (the machine is no longer maintained, and
  has no cairo installed).

* The two debian builds (also no cairo).

* Remove comment from osx64 build (which is now done on Robby's
  machine).

The Racket programming language

Important executables:

* DrRacket: Racket's integrated development environment (start here!).

* Racket: the main command-line entry point for running racket programs
  and scripts.

* GRacket: the GUI-mode Racket executable.

* raco: Racket's command-line toolset.
