Matthew Flatt dfeba12997 MzCOM: avoid the ATL framework Building MzCOM without ATL means that Visual Studio Express --- or other free compilers, in principle --- can build MzCOM. It also cleans up and simplifies the build. This is the source code for the main Racket distribution.  See
"INSTALL.txt" for information on building Racket.

(LGPL).  This means that you can link Racket into proprietary
applications, provided you follow the rules stated in the LGPL.  You can
