Because CommonHTML allows tables that fill 100% of the width, making this work for centered equations is sub-optimal as we have to leave space on both sides of the equation to balance the label width. 3beda8db4e Properly set displaystyle and scriptlevel, and make sure the contents is enclosed in a single element. Resolves both parts of issue #1152, but at the cost of possibly redundent mstyle elements.
