ea98a6e562 Make height/depth of horizontal stretchy characters be maximum of the height/depth of the component parts, rather than TeX's approach of using the extender's height and depth. 415be7eaf7 Add explicit table border-spacing since Firefox seems to need this to avoid too large a space around the math when focusing. If the spacing is too small, it seems that Firefox fails to treat the inlein-table as a table, so use 3px and use the margin to remove it so there is no change in position. 2015-10-17 23:35:24 -04:00

Because CommonHTML allows tables that fill 100% of the width, making this work for centered equations is sub-optimal as we have to leave space on both sides of the equation to balance the label width.
