Davide P. Cervone fd0c9236a2 Remove wait for NativeMML selection signal, and just use the onLoad signal (so that existing pages that change the renderer by hand will continue to work). It would be nice to avoid setting up the namespace when not needed, but it doesn't seem to hurt, and doesn't cause MathPlayer to start up, so it should be OK.		2011-04-27 20:11:17 -04:00
