Improve log handling
...
* don't fetch log content on Travis.Log init
* use timeout in ChunkBuffer instead of Ember.run.later
* remove timeout when log is finalized

* insert available items at once
* allow to use pushObject on buffer itself
* add a test using arrayObserver to make sure that it fires only when
elements are added to arrangedContent
