87cf336e22 Cancel active Quick Format search if another one starts 
This fixes inconsistent results (#1349) from async searches finishing
out of order.

Also adds spinner when search is active

511222bcaf Skip child items when generating export format for CSL JSON 
itemToCSLJSON() doesn't seem to need child items, so when a Zotero.Item
is passed to it, don't bother loading child items when calling
itemToExportFormat() to convert the item into the necessary format.

2c18968c3a Fix Quick Format dialog for search results in unloaded libraries 
Since the search might return items in libraries that haven't yet been loaded,
we have to get those items asynchronously and load their data explicitly. Need
to test this with a large document to make sure it still properly populates the
list with search results and then adds matching cited items.

f3daf6b4bc Always capture up/down when QuickFormat reference panel is open 
It was annoying if you pressed the up key too many times and the cursor
moved.

6bce6b1d30 Alter quick format dialog appearance on OS X 
Firefox no longer supports transparent windows because it made them do
extra preprocessing on a file to restore the drop shadow when the
Developer Edition theme was active:

796a1a2898 Use firstCreator instead of creators[0] for QuickFormat sort 
Previously, if an editor was entered before an author, it would sort by
the editor. Now, as long as there's an author, it will sort by that
first (and, with 2f3d865f, favor left-bound matches).

1c8abf3841 Change user library from 0 to 1 
0 allowed for some accidental behavior due to old code expecting NULL,
and it prevented easy checks (``if (!libraryID)``) for a passed
libraryID. Code now uses Zotero.Libraries.userLibraryID instead of a
hard-coded value (except in schema.js). Functions can still make
libraryID optional, but they should then use
Zotero.Libraries.userLibraryID if that's to mean the user library.

There might be some code that still expects 0 that I missed.

9c63379544 Fix drag and drop in QuickFormat dialog. 
Unfortunately, this required switching from using labels to spans,
which means there is more work to make the delete key work properly
again.

81186be076 -Display the Year for types which don't have a proper "date" field (case, patent, statute) in the item description box and in the bubble. (includeBaseMapped set to true in item.getField). 
-Display the Title for types which don't have a proper "title" field  (case, email, statute) in the bubble (use getDisplayTitle).

07028650f0 Closes #48, Additional field in QuickFormat dialog showing the name of the library and providing a link to the item with the following modifications 
- Open in current window if one is already open
- Use a button instead of a label
- Don't show button if citation item is not linked to a Zotero item

This doesn't currently work if the Zotero pane has never been opened in the given window, because ZoteroPane.selectItem() appears to fail in that circumstance. This needs to be fixed.
