2d180fac38 Draft: Removed draftlibs 
Removed the contents of the draftlibs folder (dxf import-export) for license
reasons. These files are now hosted on
https://github.com/yorikvanhavre/Draft-dxf-importer and will be downloaded
automatically by FreeCAD on first use.
