90ee93152c fix import collision

f2d3f9d9c8 A ton of @scheme*' -> @racket*' and related updates. 
Also, updates some of the mzlib files to point at `racket/*' libraries
rather than to `scheme/*' ones.

68f1142e40 Remove `eval/require' and many of its one-time uses. 
(Cuts the rendering time for unstable by around 50%.)
