188489b34f * Added `exn:fail:sandbox-terminated' for all sandbox termination 
kinds.
* The default exit handler kills the sandbox, with an appropriate
  termination message.
* Also, sending an eof to the sandbox shows 'eof as the reason
* Added some tests for these.
* Still need to deal with termination messages for evaluator suicide.

* Changed the function form of `sandbox-security-guard' to be a thunk,

e0917e1a5e * Added `call-in-sandbox-context'. 
* Removed `get-namespace' since it's generalized in the above.
* Deal with killing the current thread (or the current custodian) in
  the sandbox code.  (Works only without per-expression limits --
  still need to find a solution for `call-with-limits'.)
* Added tests for this.

ab817097b4 * Create string/bytes output port in the user's custodian (at least 
try to do so...).
* Add tests for output collection under resources -- some are
  commented since they're not working right, either a bug in this code
  that I don't see, or some problem with memory accounting.
* Clarify in the docs that output collection is still under resource
  limits.

2886a95318 * Exported `cvector-ptr' 
* Added `#:hold' to `_fun' for callbacks (will be changed to `#:keep'
  soon, but better to have a checkpoint)
* _cprocedure also has a `hold' argument, and is now using keyword
  arguments (it was getting crowded in the optional arguments
  department)
* Documented everything that changed, with a longish descrption for
  options for holding callback values.
* More tests, including tests for callbacks that would crash if the
  callback values are not held.

bdfcca7d11 Use an nonexistent css class for installation warning message, so when 
it's installed on the web page it's easy to add the missing class with
a `display: none' so it's not show without any html rehacking.
Disabled the "(installation)" suffix to the main title for now: it's
also used for the window title and that shouldn't have the suffix
because the browser window will have it.

5efae47be8 * Made (planet "path") work like (planet path), except that the former 
can have an extension (so it's more like the (lib ...) form now.)
  (Note: I assume that the one-before-last argument in return
  ok_path_string(a, 0, 0, 1, 1) is what makes it not reject a suffix)
* Documented the new form
* Made the `-p' flag get a new-style planet path, and have it work the
  same as `-l' (not constructing an `eval')
* BTW, renamed `mzcmd_REQUIRE' to `mzcmd_REQUIRE_FILE', and changed
  "missing file after" error message in `-l' to "missing library name
  after"
