08238aefd0 Speed up adding/deleting tags: 
- Only refresh tag selector once when tags have changed. (The notifier fires both item-tag and tag events when a tag is added to an item.)
- Marginally improve code for generating tag selector.

7f732f56df Don't refresh item list upon tag selector actions unless the action changes the item list. 
This speeds up adding/deleting tags a little bit, but unfortunately updating the tag selector itself is still quite slow.

53bcccd9e7 Add Zotero.HTTP.promise(), a replacement for Zotero.HTTP.doGet/doPost/doHead/doOptions that returns a promise. 
Zotero.HTTP.promise() can potentially reject its promise with two new exceptions. Zotero.HTTP.UnexpectedStatusException is thrown if the status code is not 2XX, and Zotero.HTTP.BrowserOfflineException is thrown if the browser is offline.

ede39740c7 Add Zotero.File.getContentsAsync() and Zotero.File.putContentsAsync(), asynchronous versions of Zotero.File.getContents() and Zotero.File.putContents() that return Q promises. 
Also make Zotero.File.getContents() slightly more efficient by increasing the blockSize.

418a170f2b Add Zotero.Exception.Alert and Zotero.Exception.UserCancelled 
Zotero.Exception.Alert is intended for situations in which an error has an associated string that should be displayed in a dialog when the error takes place.

Zotero.Exception.UserCancelled is intended for situations where the user cancelled an action, and the cancellation should propagate.

37b65d70f8 Use hex-encoded MD5 of fileBaseName if it is in malformed URI sequence. 
If the final component of URI can't be decoded with
decodeURIComponent(), Zotero fails to capture a web page,
because Zotero.Attachments._getFileNameFromURL() fails
with 'malformed URI sequence' error.

If we got 'malformed URI sequence' error,
try hex-encoded MD5 of URI's basename instead.

57fe0f65ee Kill extensions.zotero.import.createNewCollection.fromFile and extensions.zotero.import.createNewCollection.fromClipboard preferences. 
Imports from file via cog menu now always create a new collection, as before. Imports from clipboard never create a new collection.

68365e2297 Allow user to control whether files are imported into a new collection. 
Adds three new preferences controlling whether a new collection is created upon import:
- extensions.zotero.import.createNewCollection.fromFile
	Controls whether a new collection is created by import from cog menu
- extensions.zotero.import.createNewCollection.fromClipboard
	Controls whether a new collection is created by import from clipboard
- extensions.zotero.import.createNewCollection.fromFileOpenHandler
	Controls whether a new collection is created when import is initiated by
	double-clicking a file or by dragging it over Zotero. This preference applies only to
	Zotero Standalone, and is configurable in the dialog that appears asking the user
	to confirm the import.

We recently introduced hard-wired code to apply hyphen as page
range delimiter in the French and Portuguese locales, with a view
to introducing a page-range-delimiter term in CSL 1.0.1. The new
term has been agreed within CSL, but official deployment must
await the CSL 1.0.1 schema release.

The original code was purely hard-wired. This change allows an
explicit page-range-delimiter term to be set within a style
(or in a locale file), as intended by the upcoming CSL schema.

This might have been limited to case-insensitive filesystems.

Also fix renaming when the previous filename didn't include an
extension. Before, a file named "test" would be renamed from parent with
".test" as the extension.

Sorry for the flurry of version releases of late. They have been
largely driven by the early work on the legal style suite for MLZ,
which kept turning up small bugs and wrinkles. The requirements for
law support are now pretty well covered, and things should slow down,
at least for awhile.

A bill is a law that has not yet been enacted. Legislation is law
that has been enacted. The two are archived and cited differently,
and should be associated with different item types. CSL provides
a legislation type that is well suited to serve for laws that
have been enacted.

Among the existing styles in the repository, only two use
the legislation variable (american-association-of-petroleum-geologists
and irish-historical-studies). Both treat it as equivalent to bill. All
other styles use CSL bill exclusively.

It would be safe at this point to add legislation alongside bill
in all tests where it occurs (481 repository styles, apart from the
two mentioned above).

There is no particular urgency about this patch for official Zotero,
though, since statute support is likely to change considerably when
full legal support comes onstream anyway.

5e19020437 Auto-empty items from trash on idle rather than at pane open 
Deleting is currently very slow (which will be fixed on master), which
can cause long delays when auto-emptying items older at pane open.
Instead, empty 10 items after 5 minutes of idle, and then another 10
every 5 seconds until there are no more items to empty or the user is back.

86dda4e018 Ignore a file sync error on Windows with long ad junk files 
For some reason on some Windows (XP, 7) systems a long path close to 255
characters long can pass destFile.create() and fail zipReader.extract().
This seems like a Mozilla bug, but until we find a better fix just
ignore the error for the only files where we've seen it, which are
advertising script artifacts with very long uninterrupted filenames
(which we should skip when saving anyway).

Also close zipReader after an extraction error

This doesn't currently work if the Zotero pane has never been opened in the given window, because ZoteroPane.selectItem() appears to fail in that circumstance. This needs to be fixed.

5619555866 Improve our chances of getting attachments from the connector. We attach cookies sent from the connector to attachment downloads, which should get most proxies working, provided that the user is logged in. 4ef7c94374 Switch to regular add-on bar button 
Can be moved/removed via Customize as well as via Zotero prefs. The icon
can be in the toolbar or in the add-on bar, but not both, because
it's now the same button with different styling depending on where it is.

If the icon does not exist in the UI and the pref is set to show (as it
is by default), the icon is added to the add-on bar and the add-on bar is
persisted open. This has the effect of showing the icon/bar on
first run. If the icon is removed or the bar is hidden, they remain that
way.

79b1fe30dc Workaround for broken file/URL launching in Standalone on Linux 
Falls back to /usr/bin/xdg-open by default, configurable via
extensions.zotero.fallbackLauncher.unix (or .windows, though that
should be much rarer). Also used for file revealing.

If xdg-open fails, files launch via the external helper app dialog and
URLs just don't work.

1e20c8cb53 Fix saving of "@22" files in snapshots 
CSS rules were being made available to WebPageDump with double-quotes in
the url() rules, despite the original rules not containing them. WPD's
regexp for parsing url() rules included the quotes in the captured
strings, which prevented relative URLs from being properly interpeted --
they were instead appended to the base URL, resulting in "@22" (") at the
end and 404s (sometimes with large HTML pages) that were then saved to
disk instead of the image.

063ba1de5e Undelete linked item automatically when redragging item to a library 
Unlike with Restore to Library, the linked item is first removed from
any collections, so it only ends up in the library root and, if
applicable, the target collection.

f425850764 Fix sync error if duplicates are merged before first sync 
Replace local user key in relations with libraryID on sync user changes
and invalid upload sync errors. The latter will be unnecessary after a
DB upgrade step.

Also fixes libraryID in relations not being replaced correctly when
switching sync users.

Use nsIExternalProtocolService.loadUrl() as a fallback rather than window.loadURI()

If "Remember my choice for file links" is selected, there's currently
no way to change that in Standalone short of deleting mimeTypes.rdf.
