+ Walls can now be capped by roofs, by subtracting a roof from them
+ Walls and Structs with height = 0 take height from their parent floor

83c9017eff Rewrite of OrthoViews. Detect page size and titleblock from tags in SVG template. Separation of logic from GUI. Much improved logic.
